Daniel Pines Markoff
Mr. Markoff, a Houston, Texas native, completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin. He received his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Raymond D. Naifeh Judicial Fellowship and clerked for Oklahoma Country District Judge Eugene H. Mathews. He also studied Comparative Law at Oxford University and Spanish at the Universidad de Valencia in Valencia, Spain.
Prior to his law career, Mr. Markoff worked on the 1988 Presidential Campaign as National Advance Staff and as the Immigration Coordinator for the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Mr. Markoff has extensive experience in auto accident litigation, defective product claims, and in class action work, including silicone breast implants and Fen-Phen diet drug litigation. He is also experienced in nursing home and general negligence litigation.

 Jeffrey R. Atkins
Born and raised in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Mr. Atkins received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Atkins was also a member of the university's golf team for four years. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he obtained his law degree. While there, Atkins received the American Jurisprudence Award for his academic excellence in Conflicts of Laws and Professional Responsibility.
Mr. Atkins is an expert at handling auto and trucking accidents, nursing home negligence and abuse litigation, medical malpractice litigation, product liability litigation, and most other areas of general negligence litigation. Prior to representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, Mr. Atkins spent five years serving as defense counsel for hospitals and drug and medical equipment/device manufacturers in medical negligence actions. His experience includes class actions in drug and medical device claims.
